Ingredients
- 1 banana (the riper, the better)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl in the microwave.

Add the sugar and banana, and mash the banana with a fork.

Mix in the milk, egg and chocolate chips. Finally fold in the flour.

Cook for 20 minutes.
