Ingredients
- 90g butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla
- 1 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup oatmeal oatmeal (fine)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 60g chocolate (grated)
- 125g choc chips
- 3/4 cup peanuts
Method

Cream the butter and both sugars.

Add the egg and a dash of vanilla

Mix in the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and bicarb soda.

Add the chocolate, choc chips and nuts.

Roll the mixture into balls and place 5cm apart on greased trays.

Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C.
